We want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery at ashleytankem@icloud.com, and we'll help you sort out a return, exchange, or refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived damaged or defective; in that case, we'll cover it.
