How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship between 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, our foldable dog ramp usually arrives faster, within 2-5 business days.
How do I know what size to order(socks)?
Check the sizing chart on the product page, sizes are based on your dog's weight, from XS(12-15lbs) to XL(45-60lbs). If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, If it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us at ashleytankem@icloud.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once an order ships, it can be changed, but you can return it per our refund policy.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll cover return shipping.
Is the dog ramp sturdy enough for larger dogs?
Please check the weight capacity listed on the product page before ordering to make sure it fits dog's size.
